Problem

Ztek struggled with inconsistent branding across their platform. Their internal team sought an easy-to-follow brand guideline that would be accessible to all age groups. Our goal was to create a branding strategy that ensured consistency and scalability across both online and offline channels.

Solution

We started by mapping out Ztek's existing touchpoints and compiling their current styles. To ensure a smooth rebranding process, we needed a straightforward and accessible solution which the employees can use at every case. We produced an online brand guideline and a traditional PDF version, both available internally through employees' official IDs, making it easy for everyone to use. We picked up brand elements that were easy to visualise and set up templates for all the commonly used assets.

Work Details

Ztek required a brand refresh rather than a full rebranding. They wanted to retain their original logo but refine it to look more professional. The rebranded assets needed to be accessible to users aged 25-50. A key objective was to ensure accessibility across this age range. For example, the font needed to be easy to install, readily available on Outlook email service, Microsoft suite of products, and similar touch points. We worked on templates such as work anniversary posts, birthday posts, social media posts for Ztek and it's verticals and many such things which can help the team to execute things at a faster rate. We also made a photo library of more than 100 pictures which can be readily used in creatives. Making repositories, templates and an online notion-like guideline on Microsoft loop helped the team to organise all their branding collaterals in one place and move much faster internally.
